Nuqta Markets · Forex mechanics in Arabic

Forex explained in numbers: pips, lots and risk

What a pip is worth, what margin level means, where stop out sits and how big a position can be. Every rule worked out with real numbers, every lesson in Arabic.

Every pip counts.

Pips. Lots. Margin. Risk.

  • 1 pip on EURUSD 0.0001
  • 1 standard lot 100,000 units
  • 0.10 lot, USD-quoted pair ≈ $1 per pip

Why Nuqta

Most beginners can describe a chart pattern. Far fewer can say what one pip is worth on their lot, what margin level their account is at, or how many losses in a row it can take. A nuqta is a dot, a point, a pip: the smallest unit of the market, and the place every calculation starts.

The Nuqta method

Six numbers before every trade,in the right order.

Learn the mechanics first, then test one strategy on 100 backtest trades, then trade from a written plan and a journal. No step is skipped.

  • 01

    Base and quote

EURUSD at 1.0850 means one euro costs 1.0850 dollars. Every pip value and every profit is counted in the quote currency first.

    1 EUR = 1.0850 USD

  • 02

    Bid, ask and the spread

You buy at the ask and sell at the bid. The gap is paid the moment a trade opens, so a new position usually starts slightly negative.

    1.08512 − 1.08500 = 1.2 pips

  • 03

    Margin and margin level

Margin is a deposit, not a cost. Margin level tells you how much room is left before the broker steps in.

    equity ÷ margin × 100

  • 04

    Leverage as a ratio

Leverage changes the deposit, not the pip value. 0.10 lot moves about $1 a pip at 1:30 or at 1:500.

    notional ÷ leverage = margin

  • 05

    Size from the stop

The lot is the last number you calculate: money at risk, divided by the stop in pips and the value of one pip.

lot = risk ÷ (stop × pip value)

  • 06

    Expectancy and ruin

A win rate means nothing without the size of wins and losses. Expectancy and losing streaks are worked out before any rule is trusted.

    W × avg win − L × avg loss

Margin level, worked through

EURUSD · 0.50 lot · 1:100

$1,000 balance. 0.50 lot at 1.1000 is $55,000 of euros, so at 1:100 the used margin is $550 and one pip is about $5.

Illustrative calculation, not an expectation of results. Spread, commission and swap are left out; margin call and stop out levels vary by broker (100% and 50% are used here as examples).

Prop firms

Understand how prop firms workbefore you decide.

We don't sell challenges or funded accounts and aren't affiliated with any prop firm or broker. A daily loss limit is a margin-and-sizing problem in disguise: the Pro plan explains how challenge rules work and how to manage risk inside them, in numbers.

All questions
Do I need experience?

No. The Base plan starts from absolute zero.

How much money do I need to start trading?

We recommend practising on a demo account throughout the course. Prop firms charge their own challenge fees, which vary by firm; we don't sell challenges.

Do you give buy and sell signals?

No. Nuqta Markets is a school. We teach you to make your own decisions with clear rules.

Does it work if I have a full-time job?

Yes. The Playbook has strategies for short time windows and a swing strategy (Weekly Zone) that needs only a few minutes a day.

How long do I have access?

24 months on the Base and Edge plans and 36 months on Pro, counted from the date you bought your plan.

How do I pay?

You pay once on Whop's secure checkout: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. Then you come back to Nuqta Markets and get your login by email.
