Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nuqta Markets, operated by ACG (acg.foundation), handles personal data. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19 of 2021) and, for users in the European Union, the GDPR. Where these laws differ, we apply the one that protects you most.

1. Data we collect

Name, email, an optional phone/WhatsApp number you choose to give, payment data (handled by Whop, our payment processor; we never receive card details), how you use the student area, and cookies. Only if you accept the cookie banner: the Whop Pixel records page views, browser and device details, approximate location and the page or ad that brought you, plus when you view the pricing or a course page, sign up for the free mini-course, send the contact form or click to email us; with a signup or the contact form it also receives the name and email you entered.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the course, provide support, send you messages about your account, issue invoices, improve the product and, with your consent, measure and target ads.

3. Legal bases

Performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations, depending on the purpose.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with providers we need to run the service: Whop (payment processing, receipts and refunds, as payment processor under its own privacy policy), Cloudflare (hosting, database and email) and, only with your consent, the Whop Pixel, which may pass conversion events with the contact details above to the ad platforms we advertise on (for example Meta, Google or TikTok). Some of them process data outside your country. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law accepts, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Students can download or delete their data in My Account → Privacy. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as the purposes and our legal obligations (such as tax records) require, with access controls and encryption in transit.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (login, security and preferences). The only optional tracker is the Whop Pixel for ad measurement: it only runs if you click Accept in the cookie banner, a Global Privacy Control signal counts as a decline, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. One exception: when we test our setup from our Whop dashboard, a one-time whop_verify link loads the pixel in that tab only, for at most 10 minutes. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

8. Children

The platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
